Inside the villa

Villa Thalia is the larger of our two villas, made for big families and groups of friends who want to be together. It sits on a quiet hillside in Lefkogia, looking over the mountains and towards the Bay of Plakias.

Days move between the private pool — with a shallow section for little ones — the sun terrace and the covered pergola terraces, where long meals happen around the built-in stone BBQ. Inside, stone walls and wood-beamed ceilings frame the living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen.

Five bedrooms sleep up to ten guests. Ammoudi, Damnoni and Plakias beaches are a short drive away, and we are always happy to share our favourite places.

Sleeping arrangements

Three double bedrooms (one double bed each) and two twin bedrooms (two single beds each). No extra beds. A baby cot is free on request (0–2 years).

On request: airport transfer (paid), car hire and in-villa massage.

Before you arrive

Check-in from 16:00 (please let us know your arrival time), check-out by 11:00. Children of all ages are welcome; the main guest must be at least 18. No pets, no parties or events (including bachelor/bachelorette parties), no smoking indoors. The pool is open from late March to mid-November.

Do I need a car?

We recommend one to explore the south coast. We can help with car hire.

How far is the airport?

Chania airport is about 85 km away.

Is the villa suitable for children?

Yes, children of all ages are welcome. The pool has a shallow section, and a cot and high chair are available.

Are pets allowed?

No, we’re sorry — pets aren’t allowed.

When is the pool open?

From late March to mid-November.

Is there parking?

Yes, free private parking on site.

Is there Wi-Fi?

How does booking work?

Send a request with your dates. We reply personally with the price and details, and your stay is confirmed once we’ve agreed everything together. There’s no online payment.
