Inside the villa

Villa Poseidon is a 110 m² stone house on two levels, set in 2,000 m² of lawns a short walk from Lefkogia village. It suits families and small groups who want space, quiet and a pool of their own.

Downstairs, the living room and dining area open to a fully equipped kitchen and straight out onto the pool terrace. Upstairs are three air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub; one double has its own small veranda.

Outside, the 35 m² pool has a separate shallow children’s area, and the shaded veranda, stone BBQ and pergola with loungers make long evenings easy. On arrival you’ll find a welcome basket from us.

Sleeping arrangements

First floor: two double bedrooms with queen beds (1.60 × 2.00 m), one with its own small veranda; one twin bedroom with two single beds (0.90 × 2.00 m) that can be joined into a double on request. All bedrooms are air-conditioned with wardrobes. Ground floor bathroom with shower; first-floor bathroom with bathtub.

Amenities & comforts

Kitchen: fridge-freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, food processor, filter and espresso coffee makers, blender and juicer. For families: baby cot and high chair; stroller and baby monitor on request; children’s books, toys and board games. Included: a welcome basket, fresh towels and linen every 4 days for stays of 6+ nights, and pool and garden care twice a week. Grocery pre-stocking on request (extra fee).

Before you arrive

Check-in after 16:00, check-out before 11:00. No pets, no events, smoking outdoors only. The pool is open from late March to mid-November.

Yes. There is a separate shallow children’s pool, a baby cot and high chair, plus a stroller and baby monitor on request, and books, toys and games.

Are pets allowed?

No, we’re sorry — pets aren’t allowed.

When is the pool open?

From late March to mid-November.

Is there parking?

Yes, free private parking on site.

How does booking work?

Send a request with your dates. We reply personally with the price and details, and your stay is confirmed once we’ve agreed everything together. There’s no online payment.
